1. About these terms
These Beta Terms apply when you join the BoboBook beta waitlist or take part in the closed beta. BoboBook is a product of GOLFSTREAM s.r.o., Geologická 34, 821 06 Bratislava, Slovakia (“we”, “us”). How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
2. The waitlist
- Joining the waitlist is free. It does not create an account and does not oblige you to buy anything.
- The waitlist is for adults aged 18 and over. One signup per person.
- We invite people to the closed beta roughly in the order they signed up, as places become available. We cannot guarantee an invitation or a launch date.
3. The closed beta
- The beta is free. It is pre-release software: it may contain bugs, change, or be interrupted.
- Features shown on our websites describe what we are building. They may change before or after launch.
- Before you create an account, you will see and accept the app’s own terms and privacy policy. Those govern your use of the app.
- Please keep your original documents. Do not rely on the beta as the only copy of important records.
4. Early-access offer: 6 months of Premium for free
- Who gets it. Everyone who joins the waitlist through a page showing this offer before the public launch of BoboBook.
- When it starts. When Premium becomes available, on the account you create with the same email address you used to sign up. We will tell you by email how to activate it.
- What happens after 6 months. Premium does not turn into a paid plan automatically. We will not ask for payment details to activate the offer. When the 6 months end, you can choose to subscribe or keep using the free version, if one is available.
- Limits. One offer per person. It cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other early-access offers.
- Changes. We may stop offering it to new signups at any time. That does not affect people who already signed up while the offer was shown. If we never launch Premium, the offer lapses.
5. Emails
We will email you about the beta, your invitation, the launch and this offer. If you ticked the optional box, we will also send you occasional product news and tips. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also write to office@golfstream.com.pl.
6. Not medical advice
BoboBook is a secure storage and AI translation tool for health records. It does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment or professional medical advice. Automatic translations can contain errors. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (112 in the EU).
7. Changing or ending the beta
We may change, pause or end the waitlist or the beta at any time, for example if the product changes direction. If we end it, we will tell you by email and delete waitlist data as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Liability
The waitlist and the beta are provided free of charge. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by beta software being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Nothing in these terms affects your mandatory rights as a consumer.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there.
